A sweet, little, lifestyle newborn session I got to do for one of my amazing birth mom’s. Baby Mira is a gem and was an absolute delight to shoot. You are so very loved, little girl. You have no idea how much.
When I first met with Kendall and her hubby I could tell they had been researching and preparing for this exciting time. Kendall had already booked her date with our local birth center and was planning a home birth. They actually lived near where my husband and I had our first apartment together. She had all her questions written out, which I myself do when I’m meeting with someone. They live on a road that has a family name where her grandparents and parents live. They are a close family and I love getting to see and hear about families that have that special bond. Especially when a baby is… Keep Reading
Justin and Mariah contacted me the month they found out they were expecting. This was their first baby and they had done a lot of research and preparation beforehand and wanted to make sure they got everything in the books right away. He was the quietest little guy and just watched everything around him until he finally fell asleep at the end of our time together. He had the cutest tiny lips, which you will see at the end. It makes me miss the days when my girls were this little, but at the same time thankful that they still love to cuddle, just like this little guy. –
This sweet baby boy’s birthday happened in the early hours on a Friday. I got the call from dad-to-be, Kyle around 4:45 am. He said things were picking up and to go ahead and head their way. I got to their house in Navarre right when the sun was rising, just before 6am. When I walked in the house was quiet. The family was having a home birth with the help of Cindi and her team of Gentle Birth Options . The team was working to fill up the birth pool while Katie was working through contractions on the labor ball. Things were going quick. Kyle was standing next to Katie, rubbing her head, helping… Keep Reading
